Return Policy

We understand that sometimes, circumstances may lead you to reconsider your purchase. Our return policy ensures a seamless and fair process for our valued customers. If you are in a situation where a return is due, we've got you covered. Please review our policy below for clear guidelines on how to proceed.

Bottle Returns

Alberta Fresh Springs Water Co. will refund the $10.00 bottle deposit if the following conditions are met:

  • Only existing customers who have accounts under their own names are eligible to receive back the bottle deposit. If you are returning bottles on behalf of someone else, a store credit will be applied to the original account holders name. 

  • The bottles must have our label and be in very good condition, as when initially provided.

  • The bottles must have been delivered, exchanged, or refilled by Alberta Fresh Springs Water Co. within the past calendar year.

  • The bottles must not contain any fluids or substances other than our water.

  • Refunds will be issued only to credit or debit cards.

  • Bottles must be returned to our in-store location, applicable to both in-store and delivery customers.

*Delivery customers may request bottle pick-up for no additional charge and will not receive a bottle refund.

Product Returns

The product returns at Alberta Fresh Springs Water Co. will occur under the following conditions.

  • Product must be unopened.

  • You must have a copy of the original receipt.

  • Product must be in the condition you received it.

  • All warranty matters will follow the manufacturer's warranty policies.

  • All product returns must be done within 30 days to receive a refund. After 30 days, Alberta Fresh Springs Water Co. will no longer be able to issue a refund.
